Procedure
Put in a bowl the lemon juice, honey, mustard and curry. Mix everything well until the mustard and honey have melted well. Add some olive oil and a pinch of salt, stir and place the chicken thighs (with or without skin but to make a lighter dish is better without). Do marinate for 5 minutes each side.
