Ingredients
600 g butter
1 egg yolk
3 packets of vanilla
1 cup granulated sugar
1 kg of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder

Procedure
Melt the butter into a small pan over low heat, when it is melted pour it into a bowl and let it cool. Then add the egg yolk, vanilla, granulated sugar, and baking powder.
Mix all the ingredients very well then add the flour gradually and knead well until the dough is soft and smooth (the consistency should look similar to the one of the mixture of potato dumplings).
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and obtain a sheet half an inch high.
With a Pastry Cutter cut out the cookies that you will place in a baking dish. Bake in the oven at 180-200 C for about 25-30 minutes. Once cooked let them cool and dip in sugar.
Place them in a tray and sprinkle them with additional sugar. Once prepared, the Curabiè retain their fragrance for up to two weeks.
