I tell you this recipe
The donuts with wine are typical sweets of Sezze very simple to accomplish, made with few ingredients but genuine. Crispy and fragrant, Sugar coated, if they are prepared at home, by skilled hands and if cooked in the oven are unrivaled! In Sezze grandmothers continue to prepare them in the traditional manner.
These cakes are also widespread in the other villages of Lepine Mountains and more generally in Lazio. Often they are known by different names a bit and with some variations, for example in Sermoneta are called donuts and are dubbed 'mbriachelle (inebriate, for the presence of the wine), some variants include the addition of seeds of anise or the addition of sambuca.
