Procedure
Place the flour as a fontain, put in the middle lard, sugar, lemon zest, egg and egg yolks. Mix everything well quickly, wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let rest for about an hour in the fridge. Cover a baking dish with the dough, leaving the edges protrude, and then spread the jam inside. With the remaining dough make strips and place them on the jam to form a grid.
