Procedure
Season the sea bream fillets with the all herbs, cover with thin slices of potatoes partially overlapped and add other flavors as you wish, bake in a preheated oven at 190 C for 20-25 minutes.

The sea bream (Sparus aurata L., Orata in Italian from "Oro") owes its name to the gold stripe between the eyes. It is a very delicious fish.
